Our consultations usually last about 45–60 minutes. During this time, we discuss your needs, medical background (if relevant), lifestyle, and preferences. We offer professional fitting, try-on options, and create a plan that fits you best emotionally and aesthetically. The appointment takes place in a quiet, private room located within a secured business center with ample parking and full wheelchair accessibility. The atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — allowing you to relax and focus entirely on the process without distractions.
No pressure — but if you have any photos of yourself before hair loss, a previous wig you liked, or documents from your doctor or insurance, bring them. They may help us tailor the solution to you even more precisely.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide all necessary documentation to support your reimbursement. This includes an official medical receipt, diagnosis-related notes, and a form with the required information for your insurance claim. We provide a prescription form (doctor’s prescription) along with your receipt and claim documentation, which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network coverage. Please note that most insurance companies require a prescription from your medical provider.
